Meet Your Tour Guide
Nancy Rogers is a natural storyteller and host. Nancy first came to Lunenburg from the “big city” of Halifax in the late 70s to help out her dad who owned the local fisherman’s tavern—a story all in itself! She’d come for 2 weeks, but stayed for 42 years and counting.
During her bartending days, Nancy learned that one of the best ways to entertain guests is to share a story or two. She changed careers, but she continued to shape her craft as a storyteller. Over the years Nancy heard—and was occasionally a part of—some pretty darn good “yarns” (as local Lunenburgers say). Nancy can’t wait to welcome you aboard her bus where she’ll share a few stories while you enjoy a fun-filled wine tour in the Annapolis Valley or sit back and take in the beautiful landscapes and vistas surrounding Lunenburg—the place she calls home.

"Great Valley Wine Tour"
I worked with Nancy, the owner / operator to customize a wine tasting tour to the Annapolis Valley area for four couples. She was so accommodating! We even added a craft brewery stop to accommodate the guys who weren’t that keen on wine. We had a wonderful day. Nancy included lots of extra touches that really showed this isn’t just a business for her; she cares about making sure her passengers enjoy their trip and feel they got good value for the cost.
